Miscellaneous Tips, Article & Resources
[stextbox id=”custom”]This is the landing page for all of my articles, tips and resources having to do with Miscellaneous Tips, Articles & Resources.[/stextbox]
How about we kick off this page with a quote or two…
“To be pleased with one’s limits is a wretched state.” – Johann Wolfgang von Goethe
“The recipe for perpetual ignorance is: be satisfied with your opinions and content with your knowledge.” – Elbert Hubbard
“I think men who have a pierced ear are better prepared for marriage. They’ve experienced pain and bought jewelry.” – Rita Rudner
“My mother said to me, “If you are a soldier, you will become a general. If you are a monk, you will become the Pope.” Instead, I was a painter, and became Picasso.” – Pablo Picasso
“There is only one thing in the world that is worse than being talked about, and that is not being talked about.” – Oscar Wilde
“No snowflake in an avalanche ever feels responsible.” – Voltaire
“I don’t care to belong to any organization that accepts me as a member.” – Groucho Marx
Dictionary.com defines Miscellaneous as:
“consisting of members or elements of different kinds…”
I suppose that is a tidy definition, but it doesn’t really do it for me. To me, miscellaneous means a hodgepodge or a collection of stuff with little rhyme or reason. And that’s pretty much what the following articles are all about.
Most of my articles that you will read on this blog will fit nicely into the following categories:
Personal Growth Leadership Tribes Productivity
However, sometimes I write about topics that won’t fit so nicely…and so they land here. This is the land of all things Miscellaneous. Enjoy!
